By using the TIMEWELL Base service, you acknowledge and agree that TIMEWELL is the entity responsible for the collection, use, and protection of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We will collect and store personal information that you provide to us directly through our website when using our projects, as well as through other means (such as through user support requests, interacting through social media, participating in surveys or promotions, applying for a job, and interacting on our website and at events). The information we collect includes, such as:

• Account and profile information: name, business telephone number, email address, passwords, etc.
• Content you provide through our projects: data entered in free text boxes, files and links uploaded, etc.
• Information provided through community platforms, instant messaging tools, or our website.
• Information provided through our support channels.
• Payment and billing information (handled by third-party services such as Stripe).
• Play feature data: your answers to challenge questions and diagnosis questions, display names for leaderboards, and any themes or parameters you provide when creating challenges or diagnoses.

Information we collect automatically when you use the Services

When you use our services, we may collect information about you, including:

• Your use of the services: features you use, links you click, etc.
• Device and connection information: device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, etc.
• Geolocation data: based on your device settings.
• Cookies and other tracking technologies.
• Play analytics: page views, referrer URLs, UTM parameters, device type, completion rates, scores, time spent per question, and aggregate statistics related to challenges and diagnoses.

We receive information about you from other service users, our partners, third-party service providers, social media platforms, and public databases. We may combine this information with the information we collect through other means.

How we use information we collect?

We collect and process personal information about you as necessary to provide the Projects you use, operate our Sites and business, meet our contractual and legal obligations, protect the security of our systems and our customers, or fulfil other legitimate interests as described in this Privacy Policy and in our notices to you.

• Operate, maintain and improve our internal operations, systems, Sites, and Projects.
• Understand you and your preferences to enhance your experience and enjoyment using our Sites and Projects.
• Monitor and analyze user interactions with our Sites and Projects to identify trends, usage, and activity patterns.
• Respond to your comments and questions and provide technical support or customer service.
• Provide and deliver the Projects you request.
• Comply with applicable laws, rules, or regulations and cooperate and defend legal claims and audits.
• Communicate with you about promotions, upcoming events, and other news about projects and services offered by TIMEWELL and our partners.
• Plan and host corporate events.
• Protect the Site and Projects, and investigate and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.
• Generate challenge scores, deviation scores, rankings, and leaderboards within the Play feature.
• Process diagnosis answers to determine result types or generate AI-powered summaries using third-party AI services (Google Gemini API). We do not send personally identifiable information to the AI service; only answer content, themes, and predefined answer meanings are transmitted.
• Compute aggregate statistics (average scores, completion rates, response distributions) to improve content quality.
• Use Play results to provide personalized event recommendations and improve service quality.
• With your opt-in consent, enable result sharing within communities or other features where third parties can view your results.

AI Processing

Certain features within Play use Google Gemini API, a third-party AI service, for the following purposes:

• Automatic generation of challenges and diagnoses from user-provided themes and parameters.
• Generation of AI-powered diagnosis result summaries based on user answers and predefined answer meanings.
• Generation of AI-powered review feedback on challenge results.

Data sent to the AI service includes themes, parameters, answer content, and predefined answer meanings. We do not send your name, email address, or other directly identifiable personal information to the AI service.

AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of AI-generated results.

Use of Google Calendar Scopes

Our application integrates with Google Calendar API to provide the following functionalities:

• Display your Google Calendar events to help you manage your schedule.
• Check the availability of multiple users based on shared calendar lists.
• Schedule meetings by adding multiple candidate times to Google Calendar and canceling other events upon confirmation.
• Register event details to Google Calendar when participating in events.
• Delete event details from Google Calendar when canceling event participation.

The information accessed from Google Calendar is used solely for these purposes and is not stored on our servers. All data is processed in accordance with Google's API Services User Data Policy.

Limited Use Policy

TIMEWELL's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we share information we collect?

We may share your personal information with your consent. We may also share any category of personal information described above:

• With our business partners and other third-party service providers.
• With potential buyers and advisors.
• To maintain compliance with laws and regulations.
• Through Play leaderboards: if you set a display name, your display name and score may be publicly visible on leaderboards. Play result pages are accessible to anyone with the URL.

How we store and secure information we collect?

The information collected through our website and our projects may be stored and processed in any country/region where TIMEWELL or its affiliated companies or service providers maintain facilities. We take measures to ensure that the data we collect in accordance with this Privacy Policy is processed in compliance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws, regardless of where the data is located.

TIMEWELL cares about the security of your information and takes reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to prevent loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction of personal information. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems or your information.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which the personal information is processed and for longer periods as necessary for us to comply with applicable laws. For example, we retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with Projects you have requested or authorized, including maintaining and improving the performance of the Projects and protecting system security.

Play feature data (answers, scores, results) is retained for as long as the associated challenge or diagnosis exists. When a challenge or diagnosis is archived, public access is stopped but answer data is retained. If you wish to request deletion of your individual Play data, please contact us at support@timewell.jp.

How to access and control your information?

You have certain rights regarding your personal information, subject to the applicable laws. These include the following rights to:

• Restrict the processing

• プレイの結果を、イベントのレコメンドその他のサービス品質向上の目的で活用します。
• コミュニティ内での結果共有その他の第三者が結果を閲覧できる機能については、お客様のオプトイン同意を得たうえで提供します。

AIによる処理

プレイの一部では、以下の目的で外部AIサービス（Google Gemini API）を利用しています。

• ユーザーが入力したテーマ・パラメータからのチャレンジ・診断の自動生成。
• ユーザーの回答内容と事前定義された回答の意味づけに基づく、AI要約型診断結果の生成。
• チャレンジ結果に対するAI講評の生成。

AIサービスに送信されるデータは、テーマ、パラメータ、回答内容、事前定義された回答の意味づけに限られます。お客様の氏名、メールアドレスその他の個人を直接特定する情報はAIサービスに送信しません。

AI生成コンテンツは「現状のまま」で提供され、不正確な内容を含む可能性があります。当社は、AI生成結果の正確性、適切性または完全性を保証しません。

Googleカレンダースコープの使用

当社のアプリケーションはGoogleカレンダーAPIと統合して、以下の機能を提供します：

• Googleカレンダーのイベントを表示し、スケジュール管理を支援します。
• 共有カレンダーリストに基づいて複数ユーザーの空き状況を確認します。
• Googleカレンダーに複数の候補日時を追加し、確定時に他のイベントをキャンセルします。
• イベント参加時にGoogleカレンダーに当該内容を登録します。
• イベント参加キャンセル時にGoogleカレンダーに当該内容を削除します。

Googleカレンダーからアクセスした情報はこれらの目的にのみ使用され、当社のサーバーには保存されません。すべてのデータはGoogleのAPIサービスユーザーデータポリシーに従って処理されます。

適用法に基づき、お客様には個人情報に関して一定の権利があります。これらの権利には、以下の権利が含まれます：
